I hear that they send you broken products, the reason I know this? I wanted to get a Desert Eagle airsoft pistol from them, so I looked into it. I wouldn't trust it if I were you.
It's not letting me into your account, so I can't answer your other Q's. Sorry!

DO NOT ORDER FROM Hobbytron.com. It was a horrible experience from beginning to end and they have an "I could care less" attitude. They take your money Immediately then ship your item when they want to regardless of weather you choose the expensive 2 day method or not. If you need anything in a hurry or want quality customer service then STAY AWAY from hobbytron.com. I will say however when you DO finally get a hold of a live person which is rare, they will at least claim you can get a refund I havent seen my money back yet so I dont know.

I ordered on December 14, and according to the website, it still hasn't shipped on Dec. 21.
They took the phone number off the website, but its 1-800-494-1778. I made my way through the recorded message to guess on some names of employees and was connected to four different voice mail messages. I left messages and emailed support 3 times, but have received no response yet.
