I just saw a strange thing and it had a guy named "Brian Peppers" in it. I went to wikipedia to look who he was but he wasn't there. Who is this guy?

Peppers was sentenced to 30 days in jail with 5 years probation thereafter in 1998 for the crime of "Gross Sexual Imposition"[3]. Gross Sexual Imposition is defined as[4] unwilling sexual contact with one who is not one's spouse.
It was said on a YTMND that he was sentenced for allegedly groping a nurse, but he was really just trying to get her attention. Whether this letter is completely true or not is yet to be known, but many people believe it to be true.

As Brian Peppers attorney, I am informing you on behalf of Brian that he is very hurt by your comments, and is considering suing you for defamationand slander. He also says he's gonna get you.

Apparently (judging from the responses above), is that he's a sex offender (and also not a very attractive one).
Which blows my theory that he was a Doctor who came across the recipe for a great soda (and then shortened his name by one letter, so his family wouldn't mooch off his money).....

According to the below site, he is a registered sex offender in Ohio. Check the photo. Is it a hoax? I don't know.
