It is difficult to diagnose your symptoms without proper testing.
I would go see your doc (M.D. or naturepath) for a check up.

It sounds like your having a hormonal change and that's why your having physical symptoms. While the discharge from the nipple alarms me, you say that is normal for you. I would suggest applying a topical antibiotic(TAO like Neosporin or the generic of it) to your nipples to help with the dry, itchy feeling (they are usually oil based) and it will help prevent infection if they are cracked open. I would also suggest you making an appointment with your OB/GYN to make sure you don't need a boost of hormone. I hope this helps.

It might be nothing more than the skin drying out (new soap? New laundry detergent?) or it could be something more serious...there is a type of breast cancer that is identified by dry, red, itchy or scaly patches on the breasts & nipples. Don't delay - get in to the doc and have a skin scraping and culture done and your mammogram performed.

I can't diagnose your issue unless I exam it...but it sounds like it may be a yeast infection if there's a white discharge coming out from your nipples.

Have you been using any new soap or lotion around your nipple area?

I would go see your doctor to ask him to prescribe you some medication for your nipples.

Nothing too serious to worry about.

I am a doctor, you are not alone in this world, it is a very common problem which women your age face, its best cured with a good jab, or a apply a cupful of plain cultured yoghurt...
If problem persists, consult your family physician/ Witchdoctor.

I don't know what it could be but I don't think this is something you should wait on. go to a doctor immediately.
