if the child lives in Oklahoma and the father lives there and is ordered to pay child support?

Well if you are stating that support was ordered in Virginia for a child in Oklahoma... then the father has to pay what Virginia ordered unless you take it to court in OK..... He will have to mail it to you and all that..... But that is how it works as far as I know because my hubby's dad pays support like that.... Hope it helps

I'm sure that they will base it on the fathers income. But also if the child lives in Oklahoma then they should go by the law there. You should call you local cs office and talk to someone there.

Where was the child support ordered at? OK or VA? Check with the local CS enforcement agency but chances are you will have to contact the state where it was orginally filed at.

your child support agency should be able to contact him and get him to pay. talk to them. you may need his address.
