How can i submit a flash animation to youtube?

i made a flash animation but it will not go into youtube, how can i fix it so i can

The best way i found is to convert it into a movie first then put it on. There is lots of free software to convert flash files into mpeg or wmv etc. Also, if you still have the Flash file which you made it with, export it, but change the file type you export it with. But remember, unless you compress it quite a lot, its going to be quite a large file.
