Crunchy for sandwiches.
Smooth for when I'm sad and eating peanut butter out of the jar with a spoon and watching TV.

Smooth is good for toast and sandwiches etc as it is easier to spread. I still like them both and will put both on sandwiches etc but I prefer smooth because it is easier.
