Trying hard we stress. We overdue it all, and we try to do it in a way that is not normal for us. Stick to your usual routine and you do ok. I think it's all about doing what you know and what you are comfortable with. When we want to look our best, it's usually for a special occaision (sp), and that means stress.

Maybe because sometimes when you want to look your best you go all out and put in too much effort and then it looks forced and fake. To me, I don't go all out unless it's a special occasion. For one, if you went all out every day, what would you do to put on the glitz for a special occasion?

Because you're trying too hard to look good. But if you are relaxed and not worried about again you'll look better than Beyonce.

Maybe because we try to hard and over work or over stress ourselves about looking our best and then we've tried to hard...That's what it seems like to me.
