I've only lived in California, but I've visited other states. I am content with living in California because the weather is awesome, I live right by the beach, our shopping malls are amazing, and there is a ton of stuff to do (Universal Studios Hollywood, Disneyland, Magic Mountain, Sea World, Zoos, etc).

I've only ever lived in Georgia, but I've spent time in Alabama, Florida, North Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia. I have to say I'd never want to live anywhere else but where I am now- in the deep southeastern part of the state. The countryside and woods are beautiful and there's a general sense of hospitality and friendliness in town that I've never sensed anywhere else. Sometimes I wish we could get snow for Christmas (Its 70 degrees outside today!) and I absolutely adore going to the mountains, but I think I'm always going to be a Georgia Peach =)

I've been to every state but Vermont in one form or another. Sometimes it was just crossing country by train or by car, and once even by horseback.
I like living in Hawaii. It's nice here, and the people are friendly once you get to know them. I also like Alaska, being there many times. Juno is not too bad for beginners.
I wouldn't care to live in New York. Upstate is fine, but not enough to make up for the other part.

New Jersey - born and raised and I miss it there :(
Pennsylvania - I lived there for about 2 years it was nice there
North Carolina - I'm renting here now and the only thing I like about here is that in the winter time its like 60/70 degrees.
I have also visited alot of other states, and some that I like are Kentucky, Tennessee, Georgia, and Texas. :)

Arizona (northern part around Flagstaff) - Small town atmosphere, great scenery and fishing.
California (northen part around Eureka) - Breath-taking scenery with the Redwoods and fishing in the Pacific.
Alabama (Birmingham) - Friendly folks and good golf.
New Mexico (Albuquerque) - Good mexican food but too much sand.
Louisiana (Gretna) - City located in the Metropolitan New Orleans Area. Great food but the crime and filth are a bit much.

Texas - only lived there after i was born for about 1 year... so dont remember much
Virginia - lived in 3 different cities (va beach, richmond, roanoke)..... enjoyed VA BEACH the best... so i'd rate Virginia beach, va pretty high
Alabama - i'm a 'city girl' so i hated it. boring..... rate it pretty low.
Maryland/DC - lived in silver spring, md... liked it..... close to the city (within 10 min.) and a lot of things to do
New York - LOVED it.. NY will always have my heart... rate it pretty high.

As far as which one i liked the BEST... you'd have to be more specific.. b/c NY is cool, but i wouldnt want to LIVE there forever, raising a family . as far as the family.. MD was nice.. b/c its quiet but its really close to the city.

BQ: a hundred sixty five votes? it extremely is super! not lots taken aback me. long island and Cali had the main votes, Yankees and purple Sox had the main votes. one hundred% of Minnesotans stated the Twins so i'm satisfied approximately that. BQ2: Delaware likes the Phillies. it extremely is exciting. BQ3: i will't think of of something. effective job.
