I mean sure I lied a few times but I hate it! Whenever I lie I feel like I died inside and I'm going to hell. So I tell the truth no matter what.
So why doesn't it bother others when they lie?

I hate lies with a passion. Sometimes people lie because it avoids confrontation. Some people are so used to lying that they start believing their lies. I think it's cowardly and extremely selfish to lie. Also, people lie becuase they sometimes think the other person may not be able to handle the truth. Nevertheless, I'm a strong believer in being honest, people are more trusting of you and you actually like yourself for beiing that way.

Alot of people lie because they can't stand the truth. Also, people are habitual liars. They are so use to lying that they don't know how to tell the truth.They don't know anything else. If I lie then it's sometimes only a small lie. But a lie is still a lie no matter what.People just don't care when they tell their lies.

I'm sure it has to. I know a guy who is straight up a pathological liar...he will sit there and tell you stories that only he believes and you can sit there and tell him he's lying and he'll sit there and swear he's not. But I know that at the end of the day when he sits in his crummy place he realizes what a lie his life is and while it may not bother him to lie while he's talking to a person it has to bother him at night when he realizes his life is the biggest lie.

Because you are the exception to the rule. People justify lying all the time. They do it to make themselves feel better, make others feel better, to be rewarded, to punish others, to get ahead, to keep someone else behind. It's part of the mind. Someone must have really put the fear of hell into you big time in order for you to feel like that. Most lies are just small lies. The bigger the lie, the less likely we are able to justify it to ourselves.

i guess most of the time pple lie 2 stay out of trouble and most pple dont like it but then they get over it cause they have lied so much and since they felt like they were going 2 hell neway why not get over it and stay out of trouble as well

people say that sometimes we lie because we dont wanna hurt our loved ones. but how about when they find out the truth??
hmm.. i think that some ppl just dont caren lying...
they feel ok with it.
like my ex-best friend: everything she used to say, was a lie just to pretend to be something she was not.The best punishment is to leave them, i believe. :))

I don't know but I don't feel guilty, sometimes but not all the time. It actually depends what I'm lying about.
