I would go for Barbarism Begins At Home by the Smiths. I am a bassist and the bassline to this song is mindblowingly cool. The song is pretty good too. It would also be original- how many buskers have you heard doing the Smiths?
I also have a question- where would I get the power cable for my amplifier? My bass is useless without it and a six string ordinary guitar is confusing to me!

If I was underground and I had a guitar, I wouldn't sing at all.
Instead, I'd use the guitar as a makeshift spade and try to dig my way to the surface.
