All of the Jacks I worked at/am aware of actually closed ~8p.m. Christmas Eve, if it all. For those that did close, they re-opened at 6a.m. Christmas Day and operated normal business hours after.

They probably close early. I know most fast food places I've seen on Christmas Eve seem to close around or before 8 or 9pm.
