It really depends on what type of craft you are doing. If it is some type of fabric craft, there are sites to print fabric labels that you can sew on your garment. If it is a wooden product, there is a type of branding iron that you can have made up with your name or whatever you want on it. I think a company named Lockleer, is where I got mine. You could also have a rubber stamp made up for you and stamp on your finished product with permanent ink. Lastly you can use your computer and copier to print out hang tags that you design, I hope one of these ideas help.

Assuming that what you are wanting to do is "sign" the crafts you make before you give them away or sell them, a simple thing to do is draw your initials on the bottom of a pencil eraser and carve away everything but the drawing. (go slow and be careful) Then you have a personalized stamp that you can dip into permanent ink, fabric paint, acrylics, or possibly whatever medium you've used in the crafting. This is a simple and fun way to make any personalized stamp and if pencil erasers are too small, buy bigger ones. It's your craft and your stamp, after all.
If my assumption was wrong, and what you're actually trying to make is labels, then you should go to your local office supply store and get computer labels. They have more than just address labels.

If what you're after is a label, I would follow the other suggestions. If however, you're after something like a tag, I would go to your nearest scrapbooking store, buy a tag punch, some paper and ribbon and get working! All you'd need to do is punch a tag out of the paper and tie it onto your craft projects with the ribbon. Too easy!

Sounds like you got some really good answers... depending on what kind of craft you are doing, if you want to "Sign and Date" it, another option would be to do just that, buy a fabric marker or other indelible marking type pen and Sign it. Write directly on the project. Your signature would add to the item.

Avery makes blank address labels that can be printed on very easily and work great as labels for any flat surface.

I took circles of tulle, and put in them a small bubble field, some little white mints, and a pair M&Ms in hues reminiscent of our hues offered at goodies From Heaven. I used silver twist ties to close them, and extra 2 silver jewelry to the twist ties. Gold would want for use as a replace of silver, yet we want silver, and that i admire silver, white, and pink (our hues).
