365 and 1/4 that's why there are 366 days in a leap year. Cuase you have 365 and 1/4 then 365 and 2/4 then 365 and 3/4 and finally 366. This is for earth of course if you are talking about some other planet then i cant help you.

Except, if the year is divisible by 4, then it is a leap year. to put it another way , a leap year occurs every 4 years. hence, people who are born on february 29th don't have a happy birthday every year but only when the year is a leap year. this makes the total number of days in a leap year to 366.
