A few years ago, the Reform Party decided to change its name. When they did, they changed it to the Canadian Reform Alliance Party. What were your thoughts when you heard about this CRAP?

By the way, this is before they merged with the Progressive Conservative Party. The party did change their name after they realised that the acronym was CRAP. They changed it to Canadian Alliance Reform Party, which is CARP...a kind of fish. Well, I guess it is a bit better.

What made me laugh is when they became the "New" Conservative Party. Since when you can change a conservative to become an NEW and forward thinker, they are still stuck in the stone age. I think what doomed that who strategy is Preston Manning who couldn't crack a smile and then Stockwell Day in his wet suit.....too much for the Canadian public to bare.

Laughed my **** off as they were the first politicians to have an honest name. Sad that they changed it though. Majority of todays Conservatives are just old Reformers dressed in different party clothes.

The reform party was doomed when all anyone could think about was the way Preston Manning pronounced the word 'Reform'.
