Anyone ever put Tremonti pickups on a PRS SE Custom before?,How did it sound ?

Don't do it.
It's sorta like going to a 5 star restaurant, ordering an exquisitely prepared meal by a famous chef, and putting ketchup on it.
PRS's...unlike, say, Strats or whatever, don't take well to modifications. It's an elite guitar as is, with plenty of versatility. Trust the chef. Put the ketchup away!
