I don't really know where Miley Cyrus and Ashley Tisdale shops but I do know some of the place where Vanessa Anne Hudgens shops.
She shop at urbanoutfitter, kitson, intuition, and many other shops.

Well, I would imagine they shop at really exotic shops where only the stars shop, but of course, that would be a lot of money to shop there. I DO know that a magazine gave Ashley, Monique, and Vanessa $300 dollars to see what they would buy at the mall, and they went shopping at American Eagle, Guess, and some other stores, so I guess they also shop at regular stores.
