I think the entrance to the parking lot should be the farthest from the school so that the people that come in first will start filling the parking lot from the closest place to the farthest.

there is nothing you can do unless your school raises their tuition greatly and does not accept as many students. every school has an issue with traffic and parking. what my school has is a shuttle that will pick up students at stops within five miles of school and that helps some. either way you will still have problems.

(bet you've heard THIS before)
when I went to school, we walked 10 miles in snow to get there!
well, maybe it WAS only 2 miles, and there was no snow, but we didn't have the luxury of driving.
