I'll keep this short. I need you to look deep down into the cold abyss of your black heart and tell me what I can do that would make someone, thoroughly disliked, move out. There are four roommates. But three, me, my boyfriend and another girl dislike the fourth roommate. She is a self-centered *****. The other girl roomate's boyfriend dislikes her too. Me and my boyfriend openly dispise the ***** roommate but the other roommate and her boyfriend are hesitant to make their feelings known. We all want her gone, gone, gone. However, she is a control freak so it's going to take some creativity. If we all sit down and tell her we dislike her, I know she would move out, but I'm not sure if I can convince the other two to do this. I need suggestions. Help, please!!

There are alot of things in play here so I'll try to cover them all.
1) Getting the other roommates to have some spine and all of you confront her. Try to be calm and discuss what behavior is acceptable and what the expectations of everyone is. This is the best to start with. Everything else can lead to a escalation of not so nice things.
2) If you are the only one on the lease and you have no other written agreement with this person, you can just kick her out. However, you may have to call the cops if she won't go on her own. Be sure to check the rent laws where you are first.
3) If she or all of you are on the lease, you're pretty much stuck until the lease is up. Then put it to her; either she goes or the rest of you go. You'll need to be united and resolute in this.
4) If she is the only one on the lease and you have no other written agreement then you can probably just leave.
5) Lastly, and this is the worst. You can make life so unbearable for her that she leaves on her own lease or no lease. Things like making her get her own mail, leaving tons of garbage, loud music and parties that disturb her sleep, not giving or taking phone message etc. The problem with this is that it can escalate into a very bad situation and possibly get you all evicted.
Good Luck.

Depending upon the state you live in, and what kind of lease agreement there is if she's on it??? S.O.L. she has alot of rights, if not and no bills in her name chances are you should call police, there's a law you have to give her a 30-day written notice. Then would recomend police be there when she moves so she isn't destructive, so you guys won't get charged. Let's hope everyone is on the lease cause if not then all is in jeopardy.

firefly I would say y'all sit down and one by one y'all can tell this disliked roommate your open and honest opinion about her and don't sugarcoat it tell her everything and shes gonna take everything in and either do 2 things #1 she would change all of her nasty ways toward y'all or #2 she is gonna move out and say f*** y'all which either way would be a good way for y'all. Now to help you as far as getting the other 2 to sit down with you and your BF to make this happen just let them know up front either y'all are going to sit with us and have this talk with the B**** or the next time she says anything smart to y'all don't come running to us to tell us about it.

i did not worry to ascertain your first scenerio, yet some thing of the outline you gave, convinced, they could stress you to go away. the different room-mate's significant different rather isn't correct, it is about you and your state of occupancy. The room-mate's significant different ought to truly get kicked out considering that really no longer some thing is of their call, in spite of the undeniable fact that the significant different's occupancy isn't in question, your's is. the in effortless words element you've were given going for you is that you're listed as co-tenant, yet I doubt which will carry a lot water because the costs coach that the different room-mate includes the completed load. you will pay some thing, yet do you've some thing inclusive of your call to legally coach it? appears like you sleep on their mattress, devour at their table on their dishes, and take a seat on their settee because you're saying that the room-mate bought each and everything contained in the position of abode. also, the costs are of their call so i assume you do not pay any costs both, so that you actually are of their position of abode and it doesn't belong to you in any respect. So in case you opt for to stay to be propose, that makes you a jack***. in case you opt for to stay, purchase your own furniture and dishes on your area of the position of abode. Pay a minimum of one/2 on all costs, cook dinner your own foodstuff, wash your own dishes, and do your own laundry. And each and everything you purchase for the position of abode, and the costs you pay, keep the receipts or place of work artwork, and also you isn't a jack*** anymore, you'll have earned your rightful position to be there. yet as on your modern issue, you haven't any precise to be there merely because you're named co-tenant, because you're being a leech, you reside off of their funds and making use of their issues.

Talk to them and say that it would be best if you think they move out and if that does work file for eviction if the lease is in your name .

If the lease is in your name, file eviction on her - if not, you have to convince the others to ask her to move.
