There are all kinds of exercises you can do. If you have equipment like dumbbells, steps or balls, you can even jump rope. You can get a tape on almost anything you want to do. You can either rent it or buy one from a store or library.
Why don't you google what you want to do, this would give you lots of ideas.

Most persons use an pastime motorbike approximately part a dozen instances. I'd propose you purchase a moment hand one, because it could be inexpensive, and could have nearly no miles at the clock in any respect. Is driving a truly motorbike too unsafe wherein you reside? If it is not, and if this is a greater option than taking three buses to head five miles, then I'd cross with a truly motorbike. (Work your means as much as distances, your bum will harm to start with, as would possibly your leg muscle mass.)
