The feeling of Deja Vu when you think you've done the same thing before is actually caused by a miniature seizure in the brain that causes a part of your life to "flash before your eyes."

It is the most unknown thing about the brain. Yes, it is very real. I experienced it frequently in my youth, and still continue to this day. When I was younger I would have a dream, and wake up, recalling it. Later in the day it would come to pass. Quite a facinating thing, Deja Vu.

I believe in Deja' Vu. They say it happens more with women than with men. I also believe in a "sixth sense." I've had premonitions before...and I am not a kook, I don't read palms, and I don't have a crystal ball.

Deja-vu is just a feeling you experience. I suppose the feelings are real.

The feeling of having been somewhere before is a real feeling. That you actually were somewhere that you know for a fact you've never been is an illusion. Also the feeling of knowing what is about to transpire in the next few moments is called de ja vu and again, its a real feeling, but you don't actually see into the future a few seconds. Difference between a feeling and reality.
