i like these nutrition bars called luna bars...they good for you and they satisfy my sweet tooth but how can i fit them into a healthy diet...there is 180 calories in one? how many calories should a 14 years old gorwing gril be getting when i exercise maybe 3 or 4 days out of the week?

It all depends how tall you are & what body shape you have.
You can use them as a snack instead of eating something with a lot of calories. It sounds you know what you're doing.

You should probably be consuming at least 2,000 calories per day...and maybe up to 2,500. However, this is all dependent upon your level of physical activity, your existing weight, and your sodium, sugar, and fat intake (not everything that's low-cal is good for you!).

You could talk to your school nurse or the maybe even the teacher who manages the Home Ec classes (its their job to know such things).

Personally, I LOVE Luna Bars.... I would say that one a day wouldn't be a horrible substitute for an afternoon snack.
