no, pre-calculus is not very difficult. organic chemistry is not difficult either. but they both require a lot of effort and practice.

I find it a little difficult. Sometimes hard to follow. But I guess that is because I am also in the process of taking Algebra II. Which by the way is a really easy class. Anyhow. I think the hardest thing is graphing and finding the asymtotes, slants, and holes. I also don't like working with imaginary numbers. Finding the roots of stuff isn't very fun either.

Neither course is particularly difficult providing you spend adequate amounts of time in study and preparation. Pre-calc requires that you do your homework EVERYNIGHT. Organic chemistry centers on knowing the properties of a handful of elements and 8-10 basic mechanisms of reactions. It is not difficult but involves some insight into the nature of reactions at the molecular level. It helps to know gen chem well, to understand structure and of molecules and how that influences reactions, and to do exercises presented in the textbook and workbook.

I agree with the previous answers. Neither of the two classes are going to be difficult provided you spend enough time studying.

true... both classes are not hard if u spend enough time on it. If I have spent more time on o-chem, i would do much better (lots of memorization and understanding the movement of electrons, aka. mechanism).

precalc isn't bad. orgo, not sure yet, I'm taking it next semester. My friend loves it though. I think it depends on the person. It's a lot of memorization.
