All of J-lo's perfumes have a sweet girly-girl scent to them and are usually around that price range. Try Wal-mart of Target.

I think u mean perfume, but i suggest the curve crush. it comes w/ the whole set, the lotion, body gel, and the perfume. its pink to start off with and has a sweet candy like smell. i know i luv it!
the price reanges differ at stores. som places its 13.50 and some places 24.50. still in ur price range.
also at avon they have a perfume called smile, also very nice, i dont know how much it costs though..

I still love Loves Baby Soft and Heaven Scent.
Avon has some good scents too....Far Away is a nice one.

try Victoria secrects they have good smelling perfumes at a resonable price.

COLOGNE is for BOYS.
PERFUME is for GIRLS.
lots of people get that mixed up.
i would go t American Eagle or Abercrombie & Fitch and get her one of their perfumes
