They are the measurements for the bust, waist and hips.
Although if 36D is the actual bra size, it doesn't mean she has a 36 inch bust, that would be a 40 inch bust. Confused? lol

That means basicly she is shaped like an hour glass. 36 inches around her bust sizd D cup 28 inch waist and 36 inches around her hips.
