No. I would just call a friend. Maybe the ACLJ or the CLA. Heard of them?

They were formed to fight the ACLU for the civil liberties that the ACLU were taking away from traditional Americans.

I don't think I'd turn to the ACLU, just a good attorney. If the warrantless search was illegal any attorney should be able to get the fruits of the search deemed inadmissable.

I would never accept anything from the ACLU---they are the most dangerous group in America--there are still some lawyers out there that have not sold their souls to the ACLU.

Absolutely, they are all about defending the constitutional rights of the people equally.

It is just a bonus that they are a thorn in the side of religious nut jobs pushing theocracy in government.

ACLU stands for Anti-American Criminal Liberal Usurpers. They aren't interested in freedom, only in liberalism. If there was a warrantless search of my house you can bet liberals would be responsible and the ACLU is the last place I'd go for help.

ACLU is nothing more than a leftist socialist liberal activist group. They are NOT defenders of freedom as they would have you believe, only defenders of liberalism.

If they're not too busy invoking the mythical "separation of church and state" or protecting NAMBLA, do you mean they still actually do work to support the Bill of Rights? Who knew?

Absolutely.

BTW, I found some of the no answers pretty amusing.

No. Any idiot lawyer could win in a case like that. Why would I need to sell out my morals and accept help from Nazi lovers?

I would accept help from anyone cause I'd be so mad I'd be seeing red!
