there is no way to tell but to just abandon it because a clear end is not in sight is not the right answer either. A stability is the goal without a murderous dictator or a mass killing regime. what we know is republic and since we are the ones trying to stablize the area that is what we teach. Whether some believe it or not they do have an ability to do what they want as long as its not something that we will have to go back after later in history. This is the power stuggle but it has to be address and its not easy or going to get any easier probably

Hopefully Democracies. Many said it couldn't be done in Germany or Japan, but we accomplished that too. It takes time, thus patience is required, something the world community has somehow lost. Japan and Germany took a lot of time before a good democracy was established, don't expect different results today.
