Just want to know if there is any methods, For any type of laptop, really. what is needed Im thinking there may some sort of scart connection? well if theres any methods. Let me know .

it is possible u have to check for the avi port (usually found only if u have agraphix card from nvidia or ati onboard ur laptop) it is seen a small socket with a yellow ring on it. if u have it buy a cable for it. if not buy a vga to avi converter cable from ur local computer peripheral shop connect it to ur comp's vga out put and tv's avi input.
word of caution if u do not have a hdtv u might end up beeing disappointed as the resolution supported on atv is very low compared to a laptop hence poor picture quality.

It depends on your laptop. I do it with mine all the time, but it has a DVI out port on it. Most modern laptops will have one. DVI cords range from about 20-70 dollars depending on brand and where you buy.

Some laptops will have S-Video ouputs which are compatable with modern TVs (small round -- size of a keyboard connector -- with four pins).
