what a good question....I hate drivers on cell phones it drives (no pun intended lol) me insane!!!!! and I could retire 2moro for every dime. Why cant they use hands free or pull over or not answer until safe.AHHHHH

Dang. If I had a PENNY for every driver I see on a cell I could've retired before I was 40, except they didn't have 'em back then! We saw a wreck a while back, chick came flying out of the Sonic driveway in a Chevy SUV and creamed a van, and didn't stop talking!

By the end of the year. And you have to love the people going shopping or in restaurants on the phone too. It's like some people can't function unless their cell phone is affixed to their ear.

It would take a while. I see maybe 40 a day, so that's only $4, but my commute is only 6.2 miles each way, and I am usually not paying attention to other drivers.
