When on the Cilest contraceptive pill can i take ibprofen and paracetamols as and when i like???

You can take ibuprofen and paracetamol while you are on contraceptive pills.

Just don't take more than 3000mg of each in any 24 hour period.
That's taking two standard tablets every 4 hours.
