After the new version of McAfee was installed, I can no longer see WebCams due to firewall. I have all the .EXE programs in Yahoo marked as having full access (in McAfee), but it doesn't matter.

You need to set your webcam executable as "allowed" in the firewall connections. I don't have McAfee, but my Security Suite, and others as well, have a section which lists all the programs and hardware which have access to the internet. It could be that somehow the webcam does not have both incoming and outgoing connection prevleges. Anyway, go into your firewall and then find the section which lists all of your system and programs with connection priveleges. Check the setting and change as needed. You may need to make an exception for this webcam.

If you are having problems with this, go to the McAfee support site and access the chat option. You will be connected to a technician right away and that person will tell you how to fix this. The chat session with a technician is free of charge. I so suggest you go into your firewall and look for the setting area I suggested above first however. This way you can tell the technicain exactly what you have tried so far. When you contact the technician have your webcam model ready.

Good luck and have a great day!
