This is a difficult question to answer. I am married, but before when I looked for women to date generally I apprecaited the ones that had little to no makeup. Occassionally I would come across a woman that wore makeup in such a way that it truly emphasized her good points.
Nowadays my wife rarely wears makup but when she does she can really make herself look excellent.
Really it comes down to does the woman know how to put makeup on properly? If there's too much she looks worse than if there were none. However on the other side of the coin, there is something to be d said about a woman who looks dynamite when she jumps up out of bed in the morning.

I'm not a guy, but my BF likes me to look natural mostly.....but get all decked out with makeup when we go out

It depends on the woman. There are woman I see that wear makeup all the time, and it's unnatural to see them without it. And vice versa. I see my wife when she wears makeup and think it looks awful, I'm so used to seeing her au naturale.
Not that I say anything like that, of course. "Yeas, dear, you look lovely!" :)

natural if they are blessed with good looks, A bit of make up if they are ok looking and if they are ugly then they need all the hepl they can get...
