I was sick for the past three months and didn't even know. I lost 20 pounds and I can't fit anything in my closet. I'm not depressed or anything. I just feel down on some days, because I can't wear the clothing that I want to wear. I went from a size 11 to a size 6. Can anyone seriously answer my question? (And don't say ask my doctor, because I already did and he didn't have anything to tell me)

Eat more. No, seriously. Eat more good stuff... bulking up on fatty, sugary foods will make you feel so much worse. Make sure you get plenty of protein (meats, beans, tofu... even those dumb protein shakes), not too many starches, and start an exercise program involving weight training so that you gain lean muscle mass instead of fat.

A size six, unless you are quite tall, is not an unhealthily thin size to be. Could you maybe try to adapt to your new weight (wear a belt or take in the hems of your clothes) while you earn the money for new outfits?

Consume more calories from healthy clean (non-processed) food. Focus on protein. It would also be a good idea to lift weights so that atleast some of the wieght gained back is muscle and not all fat.

Your caloric intake must be geared in direction of taking in greater of what you put in than what your physique exerts out. make useful that throughout your food plan which you maintain an sufficient and risk-free count form of your proteins (lean meats, fish, turkey, beans, etcc), carbs (total wheat and grains, end result, greens) and fat( particular there are good fat, olive oils, veggie oils, etcc). additionally enforce a paintings out time table. raise weights with the concentration of strengthening and firming your muscle tissues. additionally do cardio, through fact as you benefit greater weight you do choose your physique to evolve to the surplus weight it relatively is being place on the physique and it quite is structures. good success.

Increase your calorie intake (eat more food), but make sure that it is still healthy food and not loaded with fat. Keep up with exercise. You want to be putting on a healthy balance of muscle and fat, not just fat.
