Dont laugh but...Preperation H is great for this!!! There are many products on the market for puffiness; but they can be pricey.

Mary Kay has an AWESOME product called Soothing eye gel, and it work wonders! Also, you could try a facial highlighting pen which diffuses the light to reduce visibility of the puffiness! (I have 3 boys and these two products help me every day!)

the best way to do that is not cream or any other artificial makeups
at night put 2 sppons in the freezer or fridge (better with freezer)
and in the morning just before you go out
after your shower or not (you know)
put the spoons backs up against the bottom of your eyes and the puffness should go away in a matter of minutes

I have looked at all the answers and I agree with the usual solutions (cucumbers) BUT if you are allergic to anything perfumed or have sensitive eyes ,pleas don't put cucumbers on them as your eyes will puff up even more and sting ,also become red .

cumbers or a warm rag draped across your eyes Sounds silly but works like a champ. Even leaning over a steaning hot sink of water orks plus it opens up your pores for cleaning just make sure you slash cold water in your face afterwards.... Small naps through the day would help too....

THE most amazing product is 'Clinique' Moisture Surge refreshing eye masks. A bit expensive at £20 a box (think you get 10 x sets) but def. worth it. you'll notice the difference right away.

also rumour has it that 'piles' cream !
