I'm a nurse. Accupuncture, chiropractor, heating pad, hot water bottle, cold pack, or massage. I think too mabe have someone to walk on your back. See the doctor first before you let someone do this one. I hope you feel better soon. Take care and try to enjoy the holidays.

Moving around and doing light exercise is the best for a sore back.

You could try sitting on a couch and drowning your back pain with beer or 10. Also www.badbackstore.com/therapies.asp has loads of therapies for back pain and rehab.

put your butt in a hot tub up to your shoulder blades and soak, why do you think all of the high priced athletes use them regularly? to kill the pain!! no chemical pain killers needed, the water releaves the forces of gravity allows whatever aills you in the first place to heal..unless you are addicted to pain, try it, it works

You can take some painkillers. Works all the time for me. If not, use the Curaheat heat patches. They should work.
