Because space is, for all intents and purposes, devoid of particulate matter, there is literally 0 pressure. Because gases move from high to low pressure areas, if a craft were to decompress in space... all gases in the craft would be "sucked" out into space. Its all about pressure differentials.
Think of it like blowing up a balloon, and then letting the air out. Part of the reason the air is leaving is due to the elasticity of the balloon, but also because the pressure inside the balloon is greater than the pressure outside the balloon.

Do you mean "vacuum" ?
Why people don't use the spell-check ? It's free !
Well in theory vacuum is any space free of matter.
In practice it does not exist. What we call vacuum is in fact not completely empty. There are always some particles (atoms, molecules) floating around.
The vacuum does not suck. Only the atmospheric pressure that we have here on Earth tends to distribute the air evenly. That is why the air (or any gas) flows towards an evacuated container until the pressure is equalized.

Because it fits the definition (almost)
A vacuum is a volume of space that is essentially empty of matter, so that gaseous pressure is much less than standard atmospheric pressure. The root of the word vacuum is the Latin adjective vacuus which means "empty," but space can never be perfectly empty.

No, It's Earth that sucks. Sometimes this is called gravity, but it is actually the Earth sucking.
There is no gravity in empty space. Hence space doesn't suck.

The gravity attracts everything toward the other sources of gravity leaving nothing out there.
