I am currently on microgynon. I know that no pill is 100% effective but does anyone use any other protection as well at the same time? In a LTR so are not wanting to use condoms cos that takes away the sensation.

I got pregnant on that pill. If something can go wrong, with me it will lol. All i can suggest is the withdrawal method as well, though nothing is full proof even two forms and the morning after as I have recently found out.

Providing you are in a faithful LTR & taking your pill regularly there is really no need to double up on contraception. However, if you are really that paranoid you could use a spermicide

well ive been on microgynon for over four years with no problems,im in a long term relationship so havent used any other protection

I had to stop using that pill as it gave me constant headaches. I was on it for a year but had no other problems.
