OK PPL LISTEN UP!
I want to start playing NWN2 but i don't know what kind of a character to make ...
Any ideas on race and class ... it just needs to be a spell caster ...
HELP!

Live your life...don't let people live it for you. I'd suggest trying each one and seeing what you like and what you don't. That's part of the fun of the game, you know? It all depends on your playstyle as to which character would be best for you. I do not yet play NWN2 (I played 1 and loved it) but having experience with computer RPGs for about 20 years (Commodore 64...Phantasie 1, yeah!!) I've found that every game is based on play style. And I've found that odd combinations seem to make for some very interesting characters...if played right! =)
