Don't try to impress him on the mountain...focus on hanging out with him when you aren't skiing (e.g., when the group breaks for lunch, be sure to sit near him...if the group is goes out after skiing, then try have a conversation with him during dinner, etc.).
Are you the same level of skier as he is? If he's more advanced and is a hardcore skier, he might not want to be slowed down or chit chat with anyone. If you are the same level of skier and will be doing the same ski runs, then try to sit next to him during the lift or gondola ride up, then you can have a few minutes of small talk and hint that you're interested in him.

If it doesn't work out with the ski guy, you could always look for an English teacher who teach you all about punctuation and spelling!

Well i suggest........
you should get some lessons before hand, but don't let on that your good at it, then when you have your lessons 2gether pretend to be really rubbish and ask him if he can hang around at the slope for a while after the lesson and give you some 1 on 1 lessons..... then after afew lessons become excellent....then tell him that he was a great teacher and ask him if it would be OK to take him for a drink to thank him for his tutoring! and there you have it!!! good luck.....hope this helps somehow!

hmm well pay attention to your lessons and try really hard to do good so the guy could compliment you on ur skills. you could also talk or start a convo with him and add some flirtation in it. or you could do very poorly and ask him for his help. he could teach you a few things and thats how he becomes interested in you. make sure you play it cool and you know wat u are doing

I'm a guy and this is my advice. Sorry if it sounds shallow but its true...
If you want his attention, make yourself look as hot as possible. Then hopefully take it from there.

there is nothing worse than trying to plan things coz you know if you plan something its bound to **** up so just relax and be yourself. try not to get nervous around him coz he could pick up on it. try and b confident and make conversations with him. good luck
