I've worked for directory enquiries and am still in the same office but am now doing 999 emergency services where i have peoples information through their telephone and mobile number but they cannot be dislcosed to the public. I'm afraid theres no way of finding their phone number without an address, therefore if they are not on the electoral roll because theyve opted out of making their information public, there's no way of finding them in any public records. Sometimes paying for the www.192.com services may bring up their information but as I have elected myself not to be seen on the electoral roll for the public no-one can find me even though I am there! It may be the case for this person you're trying to find i'm afraid.

You could try on line databases. They are not compiled by electoral rolls, but usually be creditors and people who sell names and addresses to companies, in every country. If they are not in the phone book, try something like your yahoo white pages, intellus (you will have to pay), or google.

If you know the area where they live you could contact their local council for the information as the person you are looking for will be liable to pay council tax so that is how they can be identified.
The only problem is that it may be considered to be in breach of the data protection act for the council to reveal the information so you will have to present a plausible reason to persuade them to reveal the address.
Go into Google and enter the name of the local council and start from there.

Call the operator it is usually 411 or 5252.You may have to look it up in your area.
If you have the town and state have the operator look up the name and you can get the address that way.If they are not in the phone book.
If you just have a name,I'm not sure.

Ask a credit card thief - they will know if you know what kind of card your friends use.
OR
Ask the Mail sorting office in the general area - "whoops" they are the ones "handling" the credit cards - so they are bound to know.

Well, according to the liberals, everyone has their own set of values, and it is their right to follow those.

If I want to rape or murder someone in the street, it is my "right" to do so. How can you tell me what to do with my own body?

If I want to make an organization (NAMBLA) devoted to having homosexual sex with underage children, it is my "right" and no one can tell me not to.

The liberals do not want a moral set of values. They want everyone to do what they feel is right.
