How do I get back my joie de vie? I've had many changes (by choice) this past year - moved to a new state, left my job to stay home with my children, and then was surprised to find my first love lives in my new state and even more surprised to find out I'm still in love with him (a Taurus, not Gemini as orignally discussed) but I cannot be with as we are both married to others. I no longer talk to him as I am trying to honor my marriage and being in touch with him was too difficult. But now I'm just sad. Any Leo secrets for how to bounce back would be appreciated.

Astrology or not, you're in a tough place. And it looks (on the surface) that you are battling to do the right thing. I would also imagine that you may be feeling some pull between wanting to feel alive and loved, and being responsible, loyal and true. In addition, these thoughts probably take you away from some of the other things you must do as a wife, mother and home-maker which adds to the distress you are experiencing. Only when you are willing to completely let go of the feelings for this "Taurus," can you get past feeling blue. However, it needn't be a bleak acceptance. You are obviously capable of feeling intensely, so it is a matter of transferring these feelings to your husband (yes, it is possible). The feelings will not die if you do not experience them with the bull. This process will take baby steps that will feel painfully slow and pointless, but believe you will make progress, and you will. You will also find that your husband will notice when you start making gestures (humble at first is ok) and will respond in kind. Once you create a momentum, it will start to get easier. All couples go through this, no matter how much in-love initially. If you have any artistic bent, or peripheral hobbies (most likely if you are a "Leo"), use these to your advantage as well. Incorporate this time with your kids and your husband as much as possible. Best wishes~

You need to find yourself again. What do you like doing? Get some hobbies and meet some new people. If that is a group of people whom have children and share similar tastes in outings with your kids or just going out without your husband to a class of some sort. You must realize the only person making you feel down is you! Perk up! You're in a new place, you have a clean slate. Use it to your advantage. Maybe do some volunteering.

You have experienced at least 2 of the major causes of depression. And with your realization that your first love is not accessible, and because you have probably lost friends by moving and by leaving your job - you have experienced 3 of the major causes of depression: moving, leaving your job, and loosing friends and/or loved one(s). 1 is usually enough!
I think you should go see a doctor (MD) and have them check you out.

WAKE UP & SMELL THE ROSES !
There is a fantasy that people have w/first loves....you didn't stay together for a reason. Take a long walk, call a sitter for the kids. Pack the bags & you & your HUSBAND rekindle what is smoldering. When you are a wife and mother you have to think clearly. Focus on the possitive. Merry Christmas

i know you are superstitous like me! i too tend to check my horoscopes et al. i think astrology can't help you in here. it's your state of mind. i think you are doing it right to first honour your committed marriage. i personally think you are in lust(infatuation) with your first love. now come on would you be thimking about him if he had not met you? you have children, if you do wrong its going to hurt everybody. just take it as a new challenge to re-energise yourself.
you'll know that fate is in your hands and not your stars!! best of luck!!!

Do not rely on Astrology. Astrology is a pseudo-science. It's not real or valid. It's all made up and anyone who believes in it is a fool.
