In my opinion, Jackson is just above average as a running back, hardly a franchise player. He has no moves to speak of and is just a plow ahead type of runner. He is typical of the type of player that the Rams invest their time and money on. Not really good enough to take the team to another level. Good as a backup, though.

he was last year, was just splitting time with faulk till he got injured, he is a mirror image of faulk, not the best "running" back, but one of the best over all backs in the NFL being a threat out of the back field to catch as well as run it down your throwt
