This is possible, yes- it just depends how the computer is actually blocking checking emails...

one way of bypassing the block is to use a web based proxy to browse the internet. this will bypass all website blocks.

another way is to use the same software that blocks the websites on the same network to unblock them. download a trial version and run it on a different computer in the network.

it just depends how the email checking has been blocked. whether it is software or privalege based.

try web proxies though, they usually do the trick...

you'd at least need access to the server that computer is on.. if you don't have that and the computer isn't receiving email, you might as well be asking "how do you hack a computer that's not online through an electrical outlet?" ;)
