I would go with a nice black skirt from just above the knee or down to aboul the calf, a very nice red or holiday sweater, with hose and some very nice heels.... Look nice.

A black skirt to the knee. Not too short though...it is lunch. Also wear a button up shirt or just a nice top. Get black heels (the kind with a pointy toe and little heel) They would look nice. Have fun!

A nice skirt with a coordinating top and a pair of heels or nice sandals. It's lunch so you'll need to dress nice but not like you would if it were evening. Nothing too revealing. No flip flops or jeans.
