I would use a Pre-wash stain remover spray such as Vanish and then use the in wash Vanish Oxy when you wash the blouse in the machine. You don't say but I trust you haven't tried to wash it already as this makes it more difficult.

I was reading a thing about stains in fabrics and it said that Curry is one of the only things you cant get out. - Sorry!!
If you do manage to find a way though please let me know!!

there is a washing powder called Dr Beckhams, it removes almost any stain ,
