on a srraight away and it just slowed down and i thought i waz out of gas and tried crankin it bac up and the kick start would not go down but it moves in all gears as in i can roll it wat is the problem any one.and the dirt bike is a 4 stroke

Have you checked/changed engine oil?
It sounds like a cam or piston seizure.
As its automatic clutch you will be able to wheel it about as transmission isn't connected to engine until rpm increases, if the engine wont run the clutch doesn't engage
BTW its very doubtful if you have pushrods, the engine is probably a Chinese knock off of a Honda 50 OHC
