I put a strangers baby I saw in the mall in a dumpster as a joke! am i bad?

No, this is perfectly normal behavior we all do this at some point in our life. especially in freezing cold weather.

If I were the mother, I would put you in the dumpster, but break both legs first so you would be as helpless in there as the child was.
