get some crafts going. Finger paint with pudding, glue noodles on paper, cut up magazines and paste them into a collage, play dolls, play I SPY, bake cookies and let her decorate them, make playdough- find the recipe online, make a tent out of the dining room table, pretend you are in a jungle, have a tea party...so much to do...draw/write a note to Santa, read books, gather things from outdoors and paste them on cardboard, make a note to mom and dad, grab a crayon, and rub it on paper over different textures, gather different textures and make a picture, color a paper plate, cut one in half and staple over the whole plate and make a door hanger, fill with whatever you find.

Why can't they go outside? That's really stupid, but here are some indoor ideas: Pick out a movie you think they will all like and pop some microwave popcorn and watch a movie together. For lunch you could have them help you make a really creative meal. Some Ideas that I have read in a kids cookbook are: Snakes. You cut a bagel in half and use the peices to make an "S" shape. Then you spread ketchup on them, and put little hotdog circles on top of the ketchup, then you put a little drop of mustard on top of the hotdog. There are plenty of other meals you could do all you have to do is be creative, and there are lots of things you can do without the oven. You could play indoor hide and seek with them. Play Twister or board games Then they could just have a little time to stuff themselves, so then 10 year old could read or listen to music, and the twins could run around and play.

1. read books
2. piggy back rides (good workout for you too)
3. easy bake oven?
4. coloring books. even if you don't HAVE books, go online to places like the disney site, or just type in "coloring pages" or something like that and you can print off sheets for her to color. don't have crayons/markers? Just let her mess with Paint on the computer. she may not be able to work the mouse too well, but you can help with that.
5. play hide and seek
6. take a nap
hope that helps!!

That's hard for me to answer because I don't know what kinds of things you have available to use....but here are some general ideas....
If you have shaving cream available just spray some on the kitchen table and let her play in it....you don't have to worry about a mess because it wipes right off of her and the table.
Do you have paper and crayons? If so, you could find Christmas objects and let her trace them on paper and color them to make a Christmas card for her family. (Or other holiday objects if they celebrate something other than Christmas.....or just everyday household objects can be traced and colored if they don't celebrate any holidays)
You will be having lunch or snacks....let her help you make the food...kids love to help.
Give her some dishes to wash in the sink. Nothing glass of course, and make sure you stay right with her the whole time...children must be supervised at all times around water. But, they love to play in soapy water and wash things.
Play the I spy game...You say "I spy with my little eye...something....GREEN" and she has to try to guess what it is...then it can be her turn to spy something.
Read to her...and do the voices....kids love that.
Sing songs
You are welcome to email me if you need more ideas or want to tell me more specifically what kinds of things you have available to use....I have lots of ideas....I used to teach 4 year olds!! Have fun.
