I think the major difference is that most of them (not all!) were raised in their respective cultures. For example most black men will speak with the dialect of their subculture. Most whites will speak with the dialect of their subculture. And they will be different. Black men tend to enjoy things that are prominent in their culture. Same with whites. But since the cultures have been separated (because we have a pretty segregated world) people are exposed to different things (including values) when growing up in their families.
one thing is that the nature of hair is often different between blacks and whites. white hair tends to be straighter. black hair tends to be very very curly.
it is probably more likely for blacks to be democrats in the current scheme of things. a higher percentage of black men will be democrats than white men.
whites generally tend to earn more money, have more education than blacks. but if you look at individuals, you will not see this. it is only statistical. for example you will find lots of black men with more education and money than most white men.
again based on upbringing and cultural background, you may find varying food preferences. for example if a person grows up in iran, they will love iranian food. the foods eaten by black and white cultural groups have been slightly different. not a big difference.
since i have been married to both black and white men, i feel pretty qualified to answer.

As a first-generation Italian-American, and a Jew by religion, I'm not sure if I'm (technically) "white" or not, lol. I mean my skin really isn't white, per se. Certainly not the way northern European peoples' usually are at least. It's more of a "tannish" color, pretty much all year long, and then can get pretty darn dark in the summer , BUT..... regardless.... all skin tones aside, what I was going to say was, I believe that I could sit down, over lunch say, with a black African-American man , from a TOTALLY different personal background than me, and I'd bet you that , in the end, we'd find , once we got over any "nerves" or awkwardness or what-have-you, that we have a hell of a lot more in common between us than we have seriously different between us.
We're both Americans, firstly. We'll therefore have many many cultural similarities. Chances are we'll both like looking at and discussing various women. :-) He might talk a bit different than I do, we sure will have varying and differing opinions on some issues I'd imagine, but at the end of the day I'm sure we'd part friends. I know that because I've had experiences like that, and I end up being friends with just about everybody I meet.
So, in answer to your original question, I don't think there really ARE very many significant "differences" between us, beyond the obvious physical aspect(s) of his epidermis being darker than mine (an ultimately negligible detail; the result of a tiny genetic difference), and probably our facial features appearing different. We're both men, we both breathe the same air, we both speak the same language, we probably like a lot of the same foods, we may have the same kinds of relationship difficulties with our wives or girlfriends or what have you, we both bleed red that's for sure, and, if push came to shove, and both of us were in a foreign country, like Iraq for instance, you can bet that he and I , if we were the only two Americans around, would have each other's backs and be hanging out together all the time, because we've both got way more in common with each other than either of us is likely to have with some man in that country. So, again, this whole "white" and "black" thing that's such an issue in America , I think it's time to start to put it to rest. This is not to say there is NOT a racial problem in this country , and it is not to deny this country's horrible history with its treatment of its black African-descended inhabitants. But, I'm just saying, at the end of the day, there really isn't very much serious significant "difference" between us.

Well if you're inquiring about the sexual aspects of both, there isn't too much difference to me. I've swirled a few times. To me it just depends a lot on the type of career/jobs that they hold. I've dated white collar white men and blue collar white men. I have to write that blue collar men are a lot more down to earth and somewhat more sexier. White collar white men most of the time have more stress going on but that's not to say that they're not sexy. As a matter of fact, because nerds have a hard time getting laid, if you ever lay one, honey they will wear you out! And they're not bad at all in bed. Now black men, it doesn't take a lot of effort with them. There has been some disappointment with them too. I feel that all men are the same, they put their pants on one leg at a time, the sexual organ is just a different color. The myth of all white men being small sexually is a lie, and the myth of all black men being huge is a lie. However, I do check out the size of the hands and feet. That so far is true. The personality of both, hey ---men are the same, they somewhat think alike. No difference there at all. I'd like to do a reality show with men from several nationalities, sitting at a table with a hidden camera and have them discuss their sexual escapades just to hear what they like and who they find better in a relationship or dating. Now that would be interesting!

The only difference between white men and black men is their SKIN COLOUR. That's it.
Not their culture - a white European and a black European have the same culture, and a white African (yes there is a such thing) and a black African will have the same culture
Not their sexiness - because different people see different things as sexy
Not their financial status - because there are both rich whites and blacks and poor whites and blacks.
Not their intelligence - there is no proof that whites are BORN smarter than blacks or vice versa. The "studies" that claim black people have lower IQ's are flawed. They take white people from well-educated areas and black people from poorly-educated areas instead of getting people in the same range. (Oh, and my IQ is 124.)
AS A WHOLE, the only difference is skin color. Anyone who thinks otherwise doesn't understand REALITY. I don't believe this is a school report at all, just yet another ridiculous question.

I'm a student of human nature. And it's the similarities in human nature that create the problems. Not the differences.
Men are individuals. There are even feminine men.
But most men tend to deal with thier insecurities
by acting bigger than they are.
I've personally seen white and black men that look
the same, and were the same Zodiac sign.
So we're not really all that different.

You don't have to lie and say this question is for a class report when you know you just wanted to ask this so you can read the rediculous answers. But to answer you (partly) the difference between any two men would be the way they are raised, behavioral habits, the cultures they identify with....ect.

Other than skin color I do not think they are much different. I think they are more alike than they would like to believe. The thing that make them have more in common is the socio-economic status. The more the income levels are similar the more the two individuals problaby have in common. The more different of the income the more different are the people.

I agree with Hourglasspixie and Yournotalone. I wish people would stop posting the BS that says white men are more intelligent, responsible, blah, blah, and blah than black men *rolls eyes*; those are NOT facts, trust me. I am so sick of questions like these and the insulting comments that idiots make.

There are hundreds of scientifically identifiable differences between the races. They include hair texture, bone structure, muscle structure, bone density, skin thickness, hormone levels (for example, blacks have more testosterone on average), susceptability to deseases, and average IQ (the avg. black IQ is 85, and the avg. white IQ is 100), just to name a few things.
People who think that skin color is the only difference between the races are morons who don't understand science or history.
