Click on Tools>Internet Options>Security>now click on each zone and then Default Level.

Open Internet Explorer
Select Tools - Internet Options
Select the Programs Tab
Click on the Button - "Reset Web Settings"
Click on Yes

To change security level in IE, click on Tools > Internet options click on content tab and click settings under content advisor. now you can adjust the sec.level.
