Jeunet rules. Amelie was so beautifully shot and constructed, it makes me want to throw away my video camera. The City of Lost children was wacko, but a visual feast nonetheless. A Very Long Engagement was stylish in its own right, and though a sad story, still has Jeunet's sense of playfulness stamped all over it.
